1967 Fender Custom Telecaster – Sunburst w/ Binding

This is a beautifully preserved and highly playable 1966/1967 Fender Custom Telecaster in its original 3-tone sunburst finish with cream body binding and a rosewood fingerboard—an iconic and increasingly rare model with all the hallmarks of a classic ‘66 Fender.

Key Features:

• Original nitrocellulose finish (front body has been over-sprayed and buffed long ago)
• Original 3-ply white pickguard
• Transition logo, double-line Kluson Deluxe tuners, and all other ’66-spec features
• Original Stackpole pots (dated 42nd week of 1966)
• Original neck pickup (rewound), bridge pickup wax potted
• Original switch and capacitor (switch replaced but original included)
• Original hardware, minus replaced bridge saddles and mounting screws
• Period-correct bridge plate
• Small crack in finish at neck pocket near the neck pickup (purely cosmetic)
